with just 2 steps to the private entrance and is furnished with electric
and woodstove heating. The living room of 34 mtr2 has an open kitchen
and a 2- person convertible sofa bed.
In the bedroom (16mtr2) you will still find the old bread stove in the wall. It is furnished with two single beds.
The bathroom has a bath/shower and washstand, the toilet is separate.
The flat is situated at the West side of the central court looking South with its private terrace under the chestnut tree or at the side of the old pigeon tower with a view over lavender and cornfields.
